Meet Patrick Henry

Patrick is a clinical academic and former endurance and sub–3-hour marathon athlete. With a foundation in paramedicine, he is a recognised Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, an Associate Clinical Professor at Warwick Medical School, and is a Master of Medical Education. He is dedicated to redefining modern wellness by offering a uniquely balanced perspective that blends scientific expertise with real-world experience.

At iWellness, Patrick brings the principles of Lifestyle as Medicine directly into the home—integrating intelligent nutrition, purposeful movement, restorative sleep, and emotional wellbeing. His approach empowers individuals to make sustainable, meaningful changes that align seamlessly with their everyday lives.

Patrick’s mission is clear: to help people understand their health through knowledge and tangible data; to optimise their wellbeing, and enhance their longevity—not only in terms of how long they live, but how well they live throughout that journey.

He works alongside a small, dedicated team consisting of a Medical Consultant, a Researcher, a Client Manager, and Zeva, the running Dobermann. Together, we are iWellness: delivering personalised, evidence-led support designed to elevate your wellness, vitality, and longevity.
